The benefit realized by the community from a well-executed school construction project starts with their involvement and approval. We offer several seminars at the start of our projects to help educate local subcontractors and suppliers of their responsibilities and explain their public contribution as a team member. We will educate subcontractors on prime contractor bonding requirements, the proposed schedule of construction, work scopes, and the level of quality mandated by Echo Pacific.
